Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

We love this clinic and Dr. Strain. These are such cooperative, helpful, kind and sweet people! They go above and beyond to meet our needs and the needs of our four legged family member. Much love and gratitude!

Angel Loves going to visit her friends at Claiborne Hill Vet. She is grateful for Dr. Strain saving her life a second time. Angel has made a miraculous full recovery from uterine infection that leaked into her gut. Thank You All for taking such loving care of Angel. 💐🙏💐

Best vet in the area. Very good and caring staff. I actually think my dog likes going there!

The results of one of our diagnostic tests was given to us 10 days later after it was received just 2 days after it was taken. This majorly delayed us seeking proper care for our 5 month old kitten's eye. Dr. Strain advised it wasn't her fault and was instead "the negligence of her staff." She rudely slammed the exam room door when we advised we no longer wanted them as our vet. She reacted very heartlessly to our situation and we ended up having to endure an extremely costly emergency surgery to save our kitten's physical eye, but not her sight. Our sweet baby is now blind in one of her eyes. She first saw the vet with a mild case of pink eye and just a few weeks later, she ended up with a burst corneal ulcer. There are so many amazing vets on the northshore. I would recommend seeking care elsewhere after all of the pain and suffering we have endured here.
