How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Staring Plaza Veterinary Center

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

My experience with Staring Plaza Veterinary is pleasing! I love the service and the way they care for my fur baby. At times he can be a handful with all his energy and noticing other animals while in the clinic. However, the doctors and the staff always take excellent care of my 2 year old Labradoodle, Milo. They assist with me his healthcare plans and I'm grateful they go over and beyond!

Dr. Barryhill and his staff are amazing. They treat my dog like they would their own. I’m so glad I found them after I adopted my girl. Thank you for all you do!

We bring our puppies: Mylo and Mia for check ups, any emergencies and grooming. We love how they receive so much love from the moment we walk in. Dr. Berryhill and staff are very sweet and caring. Highly recommend their grooming. Our puppies are usually ready to be picked up by noon and they are very happy when we go pick them up. Love this facility and the one-on-one attention they provide.

Last year I adopted met my baby girl Cici in one of the kennels here at SPVC-- one of the vet techs was fostering her and they let me go back to the cats only room and have some one on one time with her. From that day I have brought Cici back here for all of her medical needs and she loves the staff. They give her lots of attention and make it so stress-free. Unfortunately i had to bring her in yesterday for major surgery after eating a rubber stopper. Dr. Brett took the time to call me immediately after surgery and let me know how she was, and give me a run-down of how to prevent it from happening again. I will always be grateful to Dr. Brett and his staff for introducing me to my sweet baby girl and taking such good care of her.
