How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Stanton Veterinary Clinic

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

My fiance called Friday around 11 pm on his lunch break to see if we could make an appointment for our kitten who was showing signs of being sick and needed emergency care as she was really weak, would not negotiate a time to bring her in even though he straight up told them he gets off at 2:30 and could bring her in, her response was the vets won't be in that late even though they close at 5:00. He told her it was an emergency and then she suggested taking her to another city entirely. I did my best for her as she was orphaned really young but she passed away in the early hours of the night around 2:39 AM. I believe she would have made it if they had seen her, her death has caused a lot of emotional turmoil for me.

If I could give zero stars I would!! The absolute worst vet I have ever been to my poor cat is still sick and it cost me $200 for one shot and medication and then they told me they couldn’t write what all was wrong with my cat that it would be to much to do. Like really I pay $200 for one visit and you can’t even write down what happened and what his issues are so I can have it documented!? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! WORST VET EVER!

Dr. Brammell and Angela were very caring and professional in taking care of my puppies injuries. I'll never go to another veterinarian. Superb care, I'd give 10 stars if I could.

We took my wife's kitten to this clinic for a check ✅ up. They treated him for a few different health problems and we got medicine to go, too. So they do their job well! Nice place.
