Zeus was attacked by a pitbull and had some complications from the bites. We are new to the area and had no idea where to go on such short notice. I am so pleased we tried Bellefonte Animal Clinic. We never know how Zeus will react to people or situations as he is a rescue. He is rather weary of people/new situations and the dog attack didn't help. We walked in and the receptionist walked around the counter to talk to him and before we knew it Zeus gave her a big kiss. The technician was hugging him while the vet was draining the large lump he developed and Zeus turned and gave the tech a kiss also. He obviously felt ok with them. The vet was very knowledgeable. We even got call the next day to check on him. We have found our new vet!

The staff has been wonderful everytime we've gone in. My pups are always anxious by nature and they work wonders in making them feel comfortable when we have appointments.

We had taken our 6 month old great pyr there. The staff was very friendly and the Vet was very thorough and informative. We think our dog had eaten rat poison and they quickly fit her in the schedule and said to get her there ASAP. They are a little pricey, but they care about your fur babies! I was very pleased with the care we received there. I highly recommend taking your pet to them!! Alaska loved them too!! ❤ She is back to her playful self now. Thank you team!!

Very impressed with staff and Dr Bess is wonderful, my dog had surgery for a tumor approximately a week ago and they have called twice to check on his progress, very caring and I would highly recommend!

We are new to this clinic, wasn't sure what to expect in the care of our sweet husky girl. Dr Bess has exceeded all our expectations n more. She is professional and thorough in her assessment n plan of care. Most importantly, she talks to you as another "pawrent". She gives you all the time needed to ask questions and understand the treatment, she doesn't rush you. She and her team "love" on your baby. She is blessed to have an incredible team. Their prices are comparable to the other clinics in the area, yet I believe their care and compassion makes them far superior!
