My sweet baby had an allergic reaction, of course at 9pm on a Thursday when our vet was not open. During the initial phone call, they were clear about expectations regarding potential services and prices. Once we were at the clinic, we were in and out within 40 minutes! The staff was caring and thorough with my babies care, even calling to follow up the next day. 24 hours later and he’s looking back to normal! Thank you Dr. Joy Thayer and the amazing staff- it’s SO hard to watch your puppy walk away with someone else, but I know he was in great hands.

We had to urgently bring in our 8 year old Dane. The staff was so calm, compassionate and got immediately to work to try to save her life. Unfortunately we lost her, but they tried and made us feel very comfortable as we said our last goodbyes. Very thankful for each person that provided a service to help us through this time.

This place doesn't deserve a star. But I needed to write this review because I want people to know my experience that i had here. The dr was being so judgemental and rude. Please do your research of where to take your fur baby because this is not the place.I took my best friend our family pup.He was in so much pain we thought they would help us with him. But instead the Dr was looking at the way we were dressed(we were wearing pj's) and looked like. I have never been racial profile until I went there. That dr had the nerve to ask if we had narcotics in our home. We were there because our pup got hurt and she was asking us stupid questions. Then had an attitude telling us about our pup. We end up taking our pup to another vet and had no problems. They were better and our pal is recovering well. This place is a thumbs down 👎 100%

We, unfortunately, had to have our 12 year old girl put out of her pain about a week ago and they got her in pretty much right after we called and got there. They thoroughly explained everything and were very helpful and caring throughout the whole process. They let us spend as much time with her as we wanted before and after she passed and were very empathetic and so good to our sweet girl. Thank you all so much for your kindness, compassion, Sammy’s cute nose and paw prints, and for the sweet card you all sent! We very much appreciate you guys making one of our worst days as good as it possibly could be!

Recently visited when our cat's paw had discharge. Turns out she had been bitten by another cat. Thankfully they weren't too busy and she was seen fairly quickly. They cleaned up her paw, gave her an anti-inflammatory, and started her on an antibiotic. Really happy we made the decision to go in on a Friday night! Staff was friendly and explained everything we needed/wanted to know. They can get really busy on the weekends, but definitely worth the wait to take care of your fur baby. Don't understand the negative reviews. We had a very positive experience!
