After visiting 2 other vets within 24 hours and being told my dog Porter needed surgery I called VEG to get another opinion. When I found out they were open concept and I could be with Porter the entire time, something in my gut told me that’s where I needed to take him and boy was I right. There aren’t words to describe how blown away I was by our experience at VEG. From being greeted at the door, being able to see the staff working with the other patients, not being separated from Porter at any point, the transparency, feeling included in his care, the attentiveness of the entire staff constantly checking in with us, and so much more. The service really is unmatched. I wish I would have remembered the names of each and every staff member that we interacted because they were all wonderful, but I’m especially grateful for the night crew: Dr. Belshe, Dawn, Bri, and Tasha who went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to care for Porter, were able to help him avoid surgery, and treated us both with with so much genuine care and kindness. I haven’t been able to shut up about VEG the last couple days and could not recommend them more.
