Dr. Bassett and her team is amazing. Groomers are top notch. They really want to make your pet happy and feel like a part of their practices family. All about pleasing the pets! She once helped me with a stray cat cookie and amputated her broken leg. Dr. Bassett is the epitome of an animal lover. And the whole staff is so smart and well schooled and trained.

This place is wonderful. I took my pet mice in for a check-up and the amount of compassion and care they have for even the tiniest pets was honestly surprising. The vet was very thorough with letting me know the issues and what to expect. Sadly, I had to bring one of mice back a few weeks later to be put to sleep the vet was so sweet about the process. They even gave me a clay heart with her paw prints. I highly recommend them!

I love that the doc and tech get on the floor if needed for my old fur babies. They are caring and loving and offer me much needed information and support. In addition, the communication is over the top. I never have to worry about missing an appointment or scheduling regular exams. I do have to honestly admit, it's a bit pricey, however totally worth it for the extra care given by everyone in the office! So glad I made the switch to All Creatures!
