I've taken all my animals (and some of the neighborhood animals) to Dr. Austin and his staff since we moved to Hutchinson almost a decade ago. They've been there for us through shots, emergencies and heartbreaks. I'm pretty sure Dr. Austin likes animals more than he likes most people, and that's entirely okay with me, because my "kids" are his clients, not me. And he makes sure all the kids are well cared for. He tells us what we need to know and has never done anything unnecessary or taken any sign of sickness for granted. I can get Doc on the phone in an emergency and he's always offered his expertise and shown up if the emergency truly warranted it (often we're able to handle things on our own). We've always appreciated the care we get from this place and will continue to trust our pets to Dr. Austin as long as we live in Hutchinson.

I have taken all 4 of my dogs to Hutchinson Small Animal Hospital for years, and I wouldn’t ever take them anywhere else. The staff consists of patient, kind, animal lovers- which is so important! My animals, including Guinea pigs, always receive the best care here. The staff has personally gone out of their way time and again to be helpful, informative, and loving to myself and my fur family!!! I would 10\10 recommend them to anyone!!!!

I thought they were very kind fast there's just one thing that upset me I asked if she shook her head with what would that mean he said her ears then he cleaned them and then charged me he didn't bother to ask me if I wanted him clean or if I even had the money to pay for him to get clean but besides that it was all good
