Very happy with this place. Took my dog-o in for a spay and then another time for an emergency situation and another dog another time for euthanasia and each time the staff were caring kind gentle and caring

We weren't sure what to expect when we needed to give our cat peace. This was our first visit to Countryside vet, and boy did they renew our faith in veterinary medicine and the vets that practice it! Thank you for your sincere empathy, and caring❤️

i sent an email to set an appointment for my cat, instead of reaching out via email to set a time, the clinic called a total of 15 times, never leaving a message. when i returned the call, the receptionist stated i didn’t answer the phone so they just kept calling. no messages left, just call after call after call. the lady stated it would be 48$ for the visit, and payment is due the date of service, i started to ask if she could give me an idea of the cost, before i got to ‘give me’ she interrupted and said, were you about to ask about a payment plan? i said ok, and she said we don’t do that, payment is due at the time of service. this place may have been good previously, maybe actually cared, but it is soooo evident these days, it’s all about the $. i will NEVER visit this clinic.
