They were so kind when I brought my sweet sick dog in. I live out of state and didn’t have a vet here. They took such good care of him, even though it meant helping him cross the rainbow bridge. The whole staff was so kind and compassionate and I cannot thank them enough for that during such a difficult time.

y’all do not call this clinics emergency contact line. My dog had been in labor for several hours however she did not show any obvious signs of pain. We had been waiting all day and at this point she experienced severe panting so we called Ripple and Leibl. It came to our attention that the fetus had position issues in the birth canal that was preventing the birthing process from progressing. The woman we talked to on the phone told us to wait until morning (13 hours) after their regular scheduled appointments. If we did what they told us our dog would have been septic and dead. Not only that, they YELLED at us on the phone and told us our dog was too far gone.

Very friendly and sincerely care about pets and pet parents. Love how well they take care of my baby boy Ronald, he's always in pain and they were the ones to find out what was wrong and give us multiple solutions to help him feel better.
