Our fur babies may not like the vet but we are beyond lucky to have this place to bring them to. They have helped our girls so many times and the rates are great for us. I recommend Wea any chance we get. You all are amazing and have kept are girls going strong in their old age.

The staff were friendly and caring. They took very great care of my Syrian hamster when he had a tumor on his testicles removed. Were very informative. My husband was impressed by how detailed the invoice receipt was that you see what you're paying for. Would recommend to anyone in the Lafayette area.

I can't say enough positive things about Wea Animal Hospital and everyone who works there. When my elderly golden, Jasmine, stopped responding to chemo for her lymphoma and we made the decision to say goodbye to her, they got me in immediately, and the empathy and care they took with me, my family, and Jasmine was absolutely amazing and made the experience peaceful and absolutely what I needed for such a hard day. I have another dog recently diagnosed with cancer and he's been having a rough time with treatment, and they have always been there for me, and flawlessly work with his oncologist to ensure his health is of utmost importance. I have always been able to talk to someone or get one of my dogs in, any time my crazy dog mom self is concerned, and the doctors listen to everything I ask and answer all my questions. And trust me, I'm there a LOT with four dogs and a cat that constantly try to kill me with stress over their antics. I trust Dr Jewell, Dr Bair, and all the rest of the staff at Wea 100% with my animals, and I very highly recommend them for anyone who's looking for a place that treats your pet just like family.

The receptionist acted like she just sucked on a lemon. Not friendly at all. They advertise on their website that they treat their customers and animals like family, well thanks but no thanks. I don't need a family like that. As far as my dog, the doctor was gentle with her. The cost was double what I'm used to paying.

I've never had to put any of my animals done before. We were heartbroken. The vet was gentle with our old girl and with us. Very good at explaining the process and what to expect.
