I have had nothing but incredible experiences with Countryside from the moment they first saw him for having fleas to helping him with his last moments earth-side. The staff is kind and compassionate and they truly treat you and your fur babies like family. Thank you Countryside staff for being such a comfort to our family and our beloved pets. We are so grateful for you all.

Countryside truly cares for my pet, including the doctors, technicians, and receptionists. They know me and my pets. They provide a high level of care without making you feel guilty if you choose not to do a test or procedure. They kept my 15 year old dog healthy and happy and are now doing the same for my 2 year old puppy. My son even uses them for his kitten!

Although the pricing is well of this vet, they were not professional and rude. Their comments were not directly towards me but the walls aren't sound proof and I could hear everything said behind the door. Proper customer satisfaction would have been confronting me about the issues with my cat in a professional manner.

There service is outstanding . My wife & I were very happy that the staff took good of our dog. It's a great place for anyone to take there dog to.
