Her ability to handle even difficult cases, like my Shiba Inu, demonstrates her exceptional skills and understanding.She also neutered my cat and his recovery was a breeze. The staff is fantastic, caring and provide easy to understand diagnosis and treatment options. They clearly care about our pets. The office is run efficiently and feel they value our time without rushing. Our pups are so well cared for!

This is not the place you want to go if you live with a cat. I never felt like they provided the best care. While there are some great people there, like Dr. Kopija, at times I was genuinely concerned because the other staff didn't seem adequately concerned or involved. It's cheap, yes, but you get what you pay for. Some alternatives in the area: Downers Grove Animal Hospital & Bird Clinic (downers Grove) and also Brookville (Bolingbrook) - Brookville especially was excellent and I couldn't recommend it more highly for cat care
