It was my first time here, although they might not be a full service vet. I still asked them to check out our cat and they did. They were really caring and sweet you can tell they love what they do. And as a pet owner I appreciate their work and being caring to our pets. Their prices are not outrageous they also offer packages for vaccines. Definitely a vet place to bring your fur-babies.

I really wanted to have the same experience that everyone else had. However, 2 days prior to my pet's appt, I received a text message that I was a NO SHOW. I called the 800 number and they gave me the number for my local store stating it was probably a technical error. Today...I've called the local number about five times and I get a message that the mailbox is full, no way to get to a live person. I've also tried the 800 number twice. The first time I waited over 12 min, the second time over 4 min. So...does my pet have an appt today or was it canceled since they thought I didn't show up?!?! I am not sure if I should waste the time to go...

Very friendly staff and a clean environment. Affordable prices. The Veterinarian took time to answer all my questions. I will definitely bring my puppy back for further vaccines. Very happy with the quality of care.

Honestly I showed up there as default ( Waukegan pet supplies sent me there) had no idea of this place , but it was the greatest experience ever!! Dr Sharon was amazing! I loved how caring she was toward my pit and his needs. Very detailed , very knowledgeable and demonstrating that she truly cared about my dog! Thank you!!!
