We’ve used the clinic twice now , once for each of our dogs and found the care and knowledge to be top notch. Each of our pups received undivided attention, we were included in the decision making process in that we were given options, were well informed and left with a level of comfort that tells me if the need arises we know Ed can count on the Urgent Vet and their team of care specialists . Came with ear infection. The staff is so welcoming, from the minute we walked in we were greeted and taken to a room. Everything was super clean. Vet assistants were very kind and explained everything very thoroughly. Overall great place to go for urgent pet care, would definitely recommend. Left with both ear cleaned and meds. What an amazing team! Haley was a sweetheart, Emily was also amazing! From the beginning they cared and took very good care of our cat. She had a nail embedded into her paw and fixed it with no problems. Amazing!

The staff is amazing to say the least! Very thankful for the excellent service & care for my dog! Christopher & Jim took great pleasure in answering any question regarding my dogs treatment plan as well as explaining what could have caused the allergies my dog is currently experiencing. The staff here are gentle, thoughtful, thorough & had caring interactions with my pet throughout the whole process which is more than appreciated!! Exceeded my expectations! Very considerate & patient in how they treat animals & very knowledgeable!! 10/10 would recommend! After my appointment I walked out feeling heard, understood & beyond content with the care provided! They love animals & are passionate for giving the best care possible! Beyond thankful for it all!!

Amazing staff, they are kind and helpful. They are very thoughtful to have a cat only room. There was a feliway calming diffuser and calming blanket, and a white noise machine which I could tell helped my nervous rescue kitty who is scared of people and dogs. It’s comforting knowing we have this team and clinic in the area.
