My cat’s vet is off this week. He started declining rapidly over the weekend. They have a walk in basis. We got there late in the afternoon. Parking lot was full so I was immediately discouraged. When we got inside , the staff was very helpful with our needs. They gave us plenty of time with him to say our goodbyes. Thank you for making this hard time as comfortable as it could be for us and Chris. Your kindness was much appreciated and won’t be forgotten.❤️

I would highly recommend!!! The staff and Dr's are very compassionate, caring, and courteous. They handle my end of life for my beloved Dog(Ralph). They called the next day and he was back. Very speedy at getting your fur baby back home. They also send out cards to the family. I couldn't ask for any thing better!!

This is a walk-in clinic, so you may have to wait a bit to be seen. They are very kind and compassionate, so it's worth the wait. We first came here for an emergency with our 16 year old dog. Unfortunately, he had kidney failure , and had to be euthanized. They were very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We now take all of our cats here, and they are great with them, even our semi-feral cat, and our disabled cat who is very fearful. The vet is excellent with every animal we have. I highly recommend this location.

I had previously called 7-10 different veterinarians to help euthanize my sick guinea pig. Fortunately enough a friend was able to get me in touch with Deneen. Not only was the staff accommodating but they got me in quickly and took their time to explain the procedure. They even offered a little plaque with his paw prints. I couldn't have been more thankful for the kindness and patience from all of the staff.

I will not bring my cat back here again. First visit they drew blood for lab work, but didn't get the work done before his sample went bad. So I had to spend another $15 in gas, take my cat back up there and put him through another stressful blood draw only for the results to come back absolutely not even related to the purpose of the original blood draw. They were supposed to be checking for signs of epilepsy. However, just ran basic panels.
