After the experience we had with Ace...he was not well behaved...I was afraid that they wouldn't want to have him back in the office. That was not the case at all! They worked with me to figure out a plan for treatment that would keep them and Ace both comfortable and safe. That means the world to me because Ace suffers with major anxiety and all I want is for him to be healthy and safe and trust people again.

I was very impressed!!! I had some anxiety going to a new vet, we recently relocated here from Salem, MO, but my furry baby boy Buddy was in excellent hands from receptionist, vet tech Tiffany, and the vet.( Sorry I can only remember Tiffany's name as we spent the most time with her) They were thorough, patient, and kind to us! I even scheduled my grooming for Buddy there next week! 🤗☺️

We recently lost our boxer. They were very kind and caring. They would call to check up on him and were very sympathetic. The day we said goodbye they explained the process and were very gentle.

Max and I love making the trip to Pontiac to see Dr. Burk and staff. We would travel across the U.S. to see him since he has been his vet for 14 years in July! Thanks from Max and his mom
