Animal Care Clinic was wonderful. The front desk staff scheduled an emergency appointment for my pet. They were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Baitman performed an ultrasound and diagnosed Tiny's illness. He also prescribed a diet and medications to make Tiny comfortable. I would definitely recommend ACC of Pingree Grove. Also, their pricing is very competitive.

If I could give -1 star review I would, to put it simply this place overcharges you and takes advantage of people who love their pets. I just paid over 600 dollars to have a cyst drained, when other vets have charged far far less, for arguably more work to be done. Stay far away from this place!

New to the area. So glad I found this clinic! The staff and Veterinarian were welcoming and friendly. I’ve taken my dog to another clinic within the area. ACC staff were so kind, friendly and understanding to my anxious dog. Thank you ACC!

Great place to take your fur babies. My baby girl Emma Emerald is a Envigo rescue and isn’t into going to the vet but here they are so welcoming! Emma loves the cheese snack during her routine visits and vaccinations.

Dr. Bateman is really a knowledgeable and caring Veterinary Doctor and I trust him. The other day I had the privilege to have the new staff Doctor, Dr. Schelkopf, examine my dog at her annual checkup. He is really a nice man and has a very comforting demeanor. Also, the staff at Animal Care Clinic in Pingree Grove has always been friendly and responsive, and my Dog Rylee is very pleased with being a patient there. I'm pleased I decided to change from our previous Veterinary Doctor.
