I arrived a few minutes early, was never told about an extra fee for using a debit card. The client registration form asks very personal questions and as I'm waiting the gal calls the doctor who is in Ottawa , argued that I did have an appointment then I'm told "she's in the middle of a declaw and will be 20 minutes late" I despise incompetence and my time being devalued. I took my dog and left. Never again!

This place is a joke!!!! I have given then MONEY, MONEY, MONEY and I ask for a favor 5 minutes after they close and they want to hammer me with all these extra fees!!!! Nope never again!!! Go to a vet that will take care of you in the time of need! You have gotten PLENTY OF MONEY FROM ME!!! 5 minutes are you kidding me!! Well I guess it is time to find another vet!!!! This is not the place you want to go!! I will pay anyone 100$ cash if you go somewhere else!!!

As much as we hated having to put our dog down, we loved the excellent care the girls that picked him up gave him. Thank you very much
