Staff is excellent here. Very great service and very friendly. After 18 years it was time for my best friend to go to heaven. After saying goodbye to my best friend the staff left me with him to say my final goodbye and stay till the end. As I walked out in tears every one of the staff was standing and apologizing saying sorry for your loss. This place is phenomenal. As for now I will not be getting another best friend for awhile. But when the time comes and I find another best friend I will most definitely will be bringing them here. Thank you for all the hard work you guys do.

If we could give zero stars, we would. We called to inquire about bringing our new dog in and the staff member I spoke with was beyond rude and completely unprofessional. We have lived in Manteno 23 years and try to due everything local. This woman said " No new clients and good luck finding anyone." No recommendation, no sorry we are full just attitude. If you need a good vet head to Peotone. Friendly, helpful and actually like their jobs!
