What an amazing office! I absolutely recommend them! They took care of my cat’s emergency- saved his life. Ran all the needed test, and provided all the medication. The office was so friendly and kind in the middle of the night on a weekend. I cannot say enough great things! Dr Amy Smith was so patient and kind and supportive at 2am! Thank you for offering our animal community excellent care at all hours. 🩻💉🩸🧪🐾❤️🩹💕

I am very disappointed with the service I received during my visit. Due to my cat falling 4 stories, I would expect that he would be handled with caution and care. Instead, as the owner, I felt as if he was aggressively held and not in good hands. On a separate note, the costumer service was far from exceptional. The woman who dealt with us was Tara and from the moment I walked in, it felt like we were interfering with her day. She belittled me and did not make me feel welcomed. She was not mindful of the situation and completely disregarded WHY I was there. Her costumer service was the worst I’ve seen at any vet. Any person in this profession should understand that people are in need of reassurance and compassion during veterinary visits. Not to mention, their costs are unreasonable. If you have the intention of your pet getting the best care possible, do not come here. There are far better emergency vets in the area, with better rates! I’m no Karen, I just want others to know how my visit went! :)

I am so incredibly grateful for this place. Unfortunately, it was our beloved Bella’s time to go over the rainbow. She spent 15 wonderful years with us and was so loved!!The staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful with us. I can’t imagine how stressful it must be to have this job , especially working overnight! Despite the upsetting circumstances, I am so happy that I brought her here and received amazing care and service❤️.I appreciate their hard work and for being such amazing and kind human beings. Thank you sooooo much!!🌈🐾❤️

I had to bring my dog, Maxwell to ER Vet Services of Lisle as he was very ill with significant stomach issues for several days. I came in during the middle of the night as his situation worsened. The medical team was so kind and compassionate. Maxwell is home and stable. The team continues to monitor his progress with me while I care for him at home. ER Vet services is a bit farther from me but I ended up going there because our local ER had a 6 hour wait and that hospital referred me to the ER vet services. This has worked out great, and I am very appreciative of everything the medical team has done during and after his hospitalization. They have a reliable check in process, and the hospital is clean as well.
