How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Essington Road Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

The office has lost its shine since the GREAT Dr. died. I trusted them with an emergency and not only did he pressure me to surrender my granddaughters cat saying his injury was urgent he put him up for adoption immediately. He broke the trust we've had for years in that office. Don't go there.

Dr Adam is the best! Always friendly and listens to issues. The staff is incredible and I love how he’s always got adoptable cats there that he takes in as fosters! He stays involved with community and remembers his pet clients and their parents!

Dr. Adam and his staff are amazing! They took great care of my kitty Frank the Tank when he was sick. Frank is now feeling better and acting like his normal self.

Absolutely glad we found this place and so close to home. First time coming here and every one was wonderful. Very kind, our pet felt comfortable with every one even when getting his shots. Very knowledgeable personal. Highly recommended this place. And best part is that they accept walk ins. We found our new clinic. Thanks for the doggy treats!!!
