Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! The owners worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything. Our dogs tolerated the examine better than any previous vet and we will not hesitate to go back!

Me and my wife brought our new pup Loki there and they absolutely nailed everything during the visit!!! The were super caring and thorough. Outstanding hometown vet to give a try!!

First off the vet barely speaks to you which I instantly thought was odd. My kitten was suffering from an upper respiratory infection, they continued to tell me there was nothing they could do for her and that “she possibly will always sound like that”. I went to Springfield they instantly put her on a course of medicine and her infection was gone within 2 weeks and has not been back. Springfield vet looked shocked when I told them my kitten was suffering for almost 6 MONTHS because of hometown vet clinic telling me there was nothing they could do. Do not recommend. They don’t even know the proper medicine to treat infections that are common & instead of telling you to get a second opinion they act like nothing can be done.

Dr Burnett and her staff are great! She treats our cats as if they were her own.They always try to get us in as soon as possible. Both Dr Burnett and her staff are knowledgeable and kind and compassionate. We had been looking for a new vet, and we have found her!

I am thrilled to have found this clinic! It is apparent that Dr. Burnett loves veterinary medicine and caring for pets. Not only did she provide exceptional care, but her compassion for pets and their owners is evident. Dr. Burnett took the time necessary to provide the best possible care as she explained issues and procedures thoroughly. Dr. Burnett's staff are well-educated professionals who share her passion for animals. I highly recommend this clinic. You will not find a better place. Thank you Hometown Vet Clinic!
