Dr. Potts is the best!! She’s super informative and always take care of my pup when he’s not feeling well. She’s so good with him and always calls after visits to check on how he’s doing. I can’t say enough good things! They also have a great vet tech, Vee who is always making sure my dog is comfortable and not overly anxious. I’m so happy to have them caring for my pup!!!

I have brought my dog here since I rescued her when she was 4 weeks old. They helped me understand how to bottle feed her to now as she is 11 and how to make sure she lives her life as healthy as possible. I enjoy them here and do recommend them highly.

My cat needed a rare entropion surgery and I could have not asked for a better experience than with the Animal Medical Center of Itasca. Dr Deeke took great and careful care of my young cat all the while making me fully informed and comfortable. I’ve asked 3 of their doctors a zillion questions as a first time cat owner and they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell this vet office truly cares for their clients. Would recommend this place to a friend!

They took good care of our little Sophie when she was ready to go to kitty cat heaven, they were kind caring and compassionate assisting her with her departure. Her ashes and memories are with us in our hearts and home.

We love Dr. Potts! She's attentive, understanding, compassionate, and superbly competent. We adopted a senior dog, and after a healthy diet, exercise, and care from Dr. Potts, he's now like a puppy again! Thank you to everyone at Animal Medical Center of Itasca!
