Just left this Vetco total care in Homewood and we are pleased. Dr. Q and the staff were excellent. They took their time with my dog. They allow him to do all his treatment in the room with us. Which really helped him calm down. They didn't force themselves on him. They let him come to them. By end of the visit he was walking around the room. Thank you all for making my dog's experience a pleasant one.

This was my first visit to VTCH and I was impressed and glad I made the decision to switch my pet here from Thrive. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a little mixup with he registration process online, causing me to have to reschedule twice, however once I got a set appointment time all was well. Also, first time customers get 15% off your initial visit. That was $80 off the visit and it helped tremendously, because my pet needed a series of vaccinations.

Dr. Quinlan and her Tech Amanda were very caring, efficient, patient, and informative. They both took great care of my Luna in a timely manner and addressed my needs and concerns. Joe was very helpful and patient as well!
