My dog Bane was so sick he could barely walk he had a terrible infection, a couple dogs were barking and growling at him and just because he’s A Big American Bully who looks like a pit bull style dog they made me take him all the way in the back room to sit by ourselves.. afterwards most of the staff loved him and was very friendly with him , but for the older lady to discriminate just because of the way he looks especially when the other dogs were showing aggression and not him was very disappointing. my brother used them for a long time and i was going to as well, but that was enough for me , i found a better place to go . hopefully she leaves or gets fired at some point

Everyone was incredibly nice. They took excellent care of my boy and did it in the most economical way. I highly recommend. Nothing but kindness here and I thank them for that!!

We have taken family pets to Probst in the past & we're confident they would take care of this case in the proper manner as well. We took our 13 year old cat in to be put to sleep. He had gotten terribly sick in the last week & we knew he was suffering & we didn't want that. He hated any ride in an automobile & yet he was lethargic when we took him. The doctor was confident that he suffered from kidney failure. He petted our long time fur baby as a sedative was given. A big thank you goes out to the entire staff. We will bring our other pets here if & when they need any attention.

Been taking our family furbabies to Dr. Probst for 3 pet generations(25 years). Always friendly staff and a fair price.

This place has such amazing and friendly staff. Always have helped me with anything I may need for my fur babies. Never once received a bad attitude, bad service, or ever had a bad experience!
