Clean office and kind loving staff. It’s like bring your pet to a good friend that happens to work at a veterinary hospital. I love that they spoil your pup with all kinds of goodies and sweet talk, it helps make it a positive experience for everyone. I would recommend them even if you have to drive a bit.

This is a good hospital with a friendly staff. However, I only gave them 2 stars because they handed me a rabies tag for a collar at the end of the visit without telling me it’s an extra charge. My cat doesn’t wear a collar, so I am only going to throw the tag in the trash once we get home. After seeing the bill, they charged me $30 for that tag, and I’m working with a small budget. They should have asked me. I feel like I was scammed out of $30… very frustrating.

Our cat looked like he had an eye infection. Called in the morning, got an appointment early afternoon. Staff friendly, took good care of a scared kitty, had medicine to take home. They called back a couple days later to be sure he was getting better (he was). We've been using them for many years and plan to continue.

I have been going there for almost 30 years. I've taken multiple animals there spent plenty of money with them and when my cat got attacked by another cat and had an abscess on its leg They told me it'll be 4 weeks to get him in, I explain that the cat needed immediate attention and they did not care at all. It seems like this is more of a shot clinic than an actual veterinarian clinic.

I can't say enough positive things about Highland Animal Hospital. Dr. Michelle is wonderful and explains things thoroughly. Prices are fair compared to others in the area. Highly recommend!
