Very friendly staff, the vet, Dr. Portee was extremely talented and very knowledgeable! She gave us all sorts of helpful information and tips She was very nice, easy to talk to and had an excellent bedside manner. They also have multiple locations. Plus she is one of the very few vets left that will crop a Dobermans ears around this location. I would recommend this veterinary service to everyone for all of your pets!

Central Hospital for Animals in Harrisburg has the kindest staff I have ever met. My baby had to be euthanized . Dr.Portee & Trent were so very kind to me & my Maggie. I will never forget the kindness . Thank you Dr. Portee & Trent for everything.

Dr Portee was very good with my baby. Her regular vet said they were booked even though she was hurt.. Central got her in in a few hours. Took the time to talk to us. She made us feel she was there to help.
