Let me start off by saying EMILY if you’re reading this you are an ANGEL! My senior used to be seen at O’ffalon location however after he got ill and location decided not to give a hoot we took our precious boy here. Huge huge thank you to Emily who went above and beyond girl us! More professional and better customer experience! You all should be PROUD! I am owe you all so much!

I called in and was immediately asked to hold. After 45 minutes on hold, the call was disconnected. When I called back I still waited 25 minutes on hold. I wish I could go into the exam room with my pet, but they prefer you to drop off and leave them there. The people are super nice and the wellness plan is affordable and covers so much. I love their hours as be well.

My Goldendoodle puppy (Herman) enjoyed his visit to the vet here. He received excellent care & attention. I could tell he liked Dr. Taylor even after she’d given him shots! We didn’t wait too long to be seen & there are excellent wellness plans available.
