On our initial consultation Dr. Thacker explained the entire process of what our pet needed. He was very gentle with our old lady and she felt completely relaxed, so much so that she laid down on the table with her head down. She was just introduced to him and I was impressed by how calm she was. It had to be his demeanor and the way he interacted with her.

Fairview Heights Animal Clinic took care of our 2 small dogs while we were on vacation. They helped us with some schedule changes and a grooming for both puppies. We will use FHAC again.

I can't say enough good things about FH Animal Clinic and Dr. Ziegler. The office staff greets you with a smile and "How can we help you today". The Techs are so gentle with my older Doxie who is very nervous when leaving home. Dr. Ziegler is the best veterinarian we have had over several decades of having fur babies. He takes the time to explain what is going on with our Doxie then tells us his recommendation for treatment, and always follows up with us. I am kind of a fur baby snob and would not trust out baby to just anyone, but Dr. Ziegler has earned our trust over the years. I highly recommend him to treat your pet family members.

My babies love the Fairview heights animal clinic. The environment is always clean and the staff is very professional. The groomer always let me know what’s best for my babies and she perfectly groom my babies every visit. We than you and were very appreciative to you all❤️❤️
