I called the number that was on the web listing for the Kaneville Ashton animal clinic. I made an appointment and was never asked which location I preferred. I gave it no thought as I have taken my dog to this location several times already. I arrived on the day of the appointment to be told that I had been schedule for an appointment in Ashton. I was then informed that I must have called on a Thursday and the person who takes the calls neglected to look at the computer to confirm where I take my dog. I miss the old couple who once owned the Vet office at that location. They never had a problem keeping track of records and didn’t even have a computer.

Great small town Animal clinic that are very thorough and caring and don't kill you with over charging and didn't push me on any decisions.

I've been going to this vet in Ashton for a very long time this was the first time going to the one in kanville I had a very pleasant experience was in and out thank you very much guys!!

Their farm people too. Very nice, reasonable price for exceptional care and service. Top notch staff. Two thumbs 👍👍 up, a circle, and Teo snaps.

Great compassionate staff, Dr Gould is very knowledgeable. We did have a 20 minute wait before being seen, but other than that 5 stars
