I took my 4 yr old chihuahua here for our first time (we just moved to Illinois) and we were impressed! They have you fill out everything ahead of time online including release forms, so that when you get there, you just check in, wait a little bit, and then they take your pet back! The only think I didn't love was that I couldn't go with her, but I'm overprotective :) The staff was all very nice, and the whole process had us in and out in about a half hour -- that included a number of vaccines and the purchase of some flea treatments! I'll be taking my other pup here for the same thing in a few weeks.

The staff here is always fast and friendly. You check your animal in first, then wait in your car until they text you that it's your turn. I love this because my dog is much calmer waiting in the car. The prices are unbeatable. Thanks for another great experience with the Just Animals staff!

Quick, easy, & professional. Everything is online from appointment setting to - documents, which is helpful. If you're coming from Peoria on BUS #20, get off at Paradise Casino and head towards the highway. You'll walk on the highway to the next light. You'll see the storage units. Once you turn left at the light, you're there. Go straight and it's the last door at the bldg. Simple. ( I got lost, so I'm sharing this. lol ) There's BIG dog breeds, so having a carrier for you kitty 😽🐈💓, is very smart.
