I have been a customer with Banfield in Countryside side for 13 yrs. Despite changes over the years with Veterinarians, Technicians and Management. We had two of our favorite caring Veterinarians leave over the course of time. I'm delighted Manju & Anya now have a caring Veterinarian. Someone who I can share my concerns and takes the time to listen, attentively. Dr. Alison Kutska you are Pawsome!!!

The Care Team at Banfield is always helpful. We have an aggressive dog that requires a muzzle and they are always great dealing with him. His allergies are managed well and we always leave understanding the plan for him.

Love the area, parking is never ridiculous. Staff is great! Love our vet and vet techs and they love our fur babies. We live closer to the Burbank store but felt this location sometimes has a bit more wider selection of items for dogs/cats on the store side. But this is our favorite one stop shop and our vet for sure! I really wish they would carry the Rottweiler Royal canin foods in store but it appears that neither location does. They also do great at keeping the store clean as well as the doggie areas outside.

Banfield in Countryside is a great hospital for pet TLC. It would be greater if they offered advanced surgical services for one stop pet care.

I love the veterinarians at this place, and the vet techs too! I'm unable to carry my dog from the floor to the table (my old vet didn't have a helper so I was expected to do that) because of weak vertebrae. I began coming here because I knew they had vet techs to do that for me. But I've come to love the staff because they are able to work with my skittish beagle. All the vets have seen my Lois and they are all caring wonderful doctors.
