I can’t say enough good things about Veterinary Diagnostics Center in Schaumburg. When my 5-year-old Boston Terrier Phoebe was diagnosed with a heart murmur by my primary vet, I took her in for an echocardiogram and from the moment I walked in, the entire experience was calm and genuinely compassionate. Tammy, Kim, and Genesis were kind, organized, and friendly — which mattered a lot because this kind of appointment can be really stressful as a pet parent. I left feeling informed, supported, and grateful that Phoebe was in such capable hands. If you need specialty diagnostics or cardiology testing for your pet, I would absolutely recommend Veterinary Diagnostics Center. You will be the only one in there for the appointment which is nice, your pet has free reign of the space! You are with your dog the whole time during the procedure. They got the results back to me within 48 hours and they will send them to your primary vet at the same time with recommendations on what to do next. Thank you to the whole team for taking such great care of Phoebe!

I was extremely pleased with my experience. The team was professional, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. I received a call with the results by the next morning, and the level of detail provided exceeded my expectations. Great experience, start to finish. Everyone is patient, kind, and thorough. You’re allowed to accompany your pet during the procedure which is huge - I’ve never seen my dog so relaxed in a veterinary facility. The technicians are phenomenal, too! Quick turnaround on results and both the report and the phone call are very detailed and well-explained. Ultrasound reports are reviewed by a board certified internal medicine specialist and are sent directly to your veterinarian as well. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I can’t say enough good things about the team and the care they provide. It’s easy to get an appointment, very calm environment, and the ability to stay with my dog the entire time she was getting her ultrasound is hands down the best experience. Highly recommend!
