The staff is incredibly welcoming, patient, and understanding — they always take the time to answer all of our questions about both our dogs and cats. Even their billing process is smooth and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about pets and their families. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my iguanas here for several years already and Dr. Sarah has proven to be the most knowledgeable and intuitive as well as empathetic Vet I have seen. Also the most affordable. Her staff is also very kind. I was a prior patient of Midwest Exotics in Elmwood Park but decided to stay away from them after a detrimental mix up my iguana's prescriptions followed by poor accountability and seriousness regarding the matter. Dr. Sarah has always taken her time to make sure everything is kosher as you can tell she truly cares for animals of all kind. A friend of mine also had great things to say about Dr Sarah during a difficult time as she personally came to her house to assist with the end stage of her dog's life. Thank you Dr. Sarah 🦎❤️

Paws and Feathers has been absolutely incredible with our dog and cat! The doctors and staff are really knowledgeable, explain everything clearly, and provide genuine kindness through routine visits and more complex medical issues. They’ve treated both of my pets with equal care, communicate promptly, and go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Our pets are healthier and happier thanks to their compassion and expertise!

I want to thank Dr Sara, Leslie and all the team that tried to help my kitty cat, Ginger to get better! The prices are really good in comparison to other places where I went! (4 in total) Pie and Ginger will come back and me as well :) Thank you everybody from the office!
