This was Raven’s first vet visit since we picked her out at the Humane Society in Urbana. She a black cat and is 8 months old. She received her rabies shot and last distemper shot, along with having her nails clipped. Staff was awesome. Raven didn’t even flinch when getting the shots and was pretty amendable to the nail clipping as much as a cat can be! Clean facility with separate rooms for cats and dogs. Vet and tech were very kind and loving toward Raven.

Another wonderful experience with our two dogs—the staff is so kind and professional! They take care of our fur babies with the same love that we do, it’s a great feeling to know they’re in such good hands.

Changed to this hospital recently and it's already a big difference for the positive. Dr. Stoerger is easy to talk to, the staff and techs are all friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was being rushed, I felt listened to and respected, and the vibes overall were calming enough that my very dramatic shih tzu was willing to take treats (which he normally is too overstimulated and nervous to do at vets) even after he had to get a bunch of shots. It was a bit expensive compared to some other places but (spoiler alert) senior dogs are always expensive and I feel confident that the preventative and supportive care my pets will get here will prevent bigger issues in the long term.

I really appreciate how this place is always so clean!! And they are so quick with my bunny's nail trim, it only takes 5 min! The doctors are also very sweet to my bunny. Highly recommend.

They have been so amazing taking care of our little.old lady dog. She is fragile and deaf and they are always so gentle with her, and with us. We've also had her groomed there and they are amazing with her as well. We can't recommend them highly enough.
