I always have a lovely experience with this place. The staff are friendly and the vet himself is really upbeat and greets all of my pets with a smile. No concern of mine is too silly or overlooked. My pets are always well taken care of here and he even sees exotic pets which is a bonus. The prices are very affordable and even if you can't pay from pocket they accept Care Credit which can be a total life saver when things get tough. Been here several times with both my dogs and now my rats and love them here!

They've been wonderful. I recently had to put my beloved pet to sleep and they were so compassionate. They sent a card, and it was so meaningful to us. They're a great clinic.

Local vet has an exotic vet.... you don't see that every day! Not in romeoville anymore, but the exotic vet moved with the rest of them to boughton ridge animal clinic the next town over

Been taking my pets here for years. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My dog loves the ladies here because they always give her extra attention. Honestly best vet I have ever been to. They take time to talk to you when you have questions. They work with you to find the best healthcare plan for your pet and they never under quote me on pricing (if anything they come in under the quote which means we spend less than expected.) They are extremely thoughtful. After I had to put my last dog down they sent me a hand written personalized sympathy card that everyone signed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This place is absolutely amazing. I bring my dogs here, my mom brings her dogs here, and my friend brings her cats here. They are so very nice and helpful and they really, really care about our pets. Every time I bring them in all of the staff knows my dogs by name and they know exactly what the dogs need to be comfortable. My one dog is a very nervous Australian Shepard and they are just so good with him. I would rate them ten stars if I could. You could not find a better Animal Clinic.
