Our 9 year old Boxer/Shepherd mix, Kiev developed a lump on his neck/jaw over a couple of weeks. We treated it at home until we realized that it had grown significantly in size over the last two days. I called up Rathdrum Animal Clinic since Kiev had been seen before. They were able to fit him in the next morning. We were welcomed by the front desk staff and after updating some paperwork, Katy helped us to an exam room. Katy was great with Kiev and I appreciated the compassionate support and dialog (Thank you). Dr. Rachel quickly recognized and diagnosed the lump as an abscess. They were able to operate on him that morning and by late afternoon, a little groggy, but happy to see me, we headed home. Thank you Doctor Rachel, Katy, and the team at RAC. I appreciate your kind, calm, and knowledgeable approach!

Great friendly staff that listened and took great care of my dog. I think I found my new vet for future care needs. Needed my dog seen urgently and they worked with me to get me in same day. Thanks everyone at Rathdrum Animal Clinic!

My cat after her visit to the Rathdrum Animal Clinic. Lily was suffering with itchy skin and an inflamed sore she had scratched bald, but after a couple of shots she can relax with no more itching! See she feels so great!! The clinic was so kind and caring she was a very good girl. Thank you so much.

I was going to a different vet office, but they transferred ownership and became all business and felt like a number in line. My daughter referred me to this vet office and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend very highly.

I would like to give a shout out to Rathdrum Animal Clinic for getting my pup, Mamie, in for a drop off appointment for an ear infection. I really appreciate you saw her today and treated her ear infection with a long lasting medication, so she doesn’t have to have her ear “messed with daily for weeks!” You guys rock!
