I was in need of a boarding facility for my springer spaniel while my family was on an 8 day vacation. I contacted Star Pet Medical Care and they happily set up a "meet and greet." Not only did they assess my dog for temperament so as to ensure she'd get along with other dogs, but they also provided me with a tour of their facility, showing me where my springer would be sleeping and playing and whatnot. They also showed me their cat boarding room, which was incredibly homey and lovingly put together. It was enough to convince me to ALSO board my cat with them. Long story short, Carly and her boarding team at Star Pet Medical took absolutely phenomenal care of my pets. They provided me with daily text and photo updates of my dog and cat, which was very welcome for both me and my 3 kids who all loved staying "in touch" with their pets. I have a whole new peace of mind having found a "home away from home" for my pets while I'm out of town.

This is the first time I’ve seen my cat comfortable and happy in a few months. It’s because I tried a different veterinarian clinic, and that clinic was Star Prt Care. We felt a very positive vibe as we saw the building and entered the parking lot. That feeling was even better when we got inside and saw how caring the staff was to the customers with their pets ahead of us. Our nurse was so gentle with our cat, and instantly diagnosed the problem. We were out of there in no time feeling finally at peace with. Thanks so much guys!
