I finally was able to speak to Memorial regarding my boy's cremation. It turns out there was a miscommunication on exactly what was causing the holdup with his return to me. To be clear, it wasn't the amount of time it took that was my concern. They can take as much time as they need to make sure my pet's final forever with me is perfect and correct. It was partly my fault because I wasn't willing to leave a message due to feeling like I would have been screened and left unanswered. After finally speaking to Ms. Angie, I do believe they would have taken my concerns seriously and gotten back to me. I'm very glad that it is definitely my sweet little man's (rat) prints and ashes. They don't mess around here. They get you taken care of with empathy, even if it takes longer than expected, which I am very glad for. And also so glad they were able to answer my questions and quell my concerns!

Angie is honest, compassionate, professional, respectful, and just a stand up business owner. We have had 2 animals cremated with ashes back. Name plates on the wooden urns turned out so beautiful. I wouldn’t go any where else for these services. You won’t find a more trustworthy person.

My experience with this place the first time was great but this last time I now have an animal dead and rotting in my back pasture Angie then recommended us to a gentleman named bo in Parma he came out and when he saw her he about puked this is a man who buries animals in his backyard or on his pasture kind of a joke so my rating for these two people when your animal dies is they really don't care but only to a point then after that you're on your ownso these people in the state of Idaho aren't really that great so quit churching yourself up

My wife recently passed away and her dog did also. Memorial pet care took great care of Molly her dog. So thankful for this place. Recommend every go thru them for pet creamations.

My cat, Gravy, had past away over the weekend. I was able to bring him in to Memorial Pet Care on Monday morning and after being cremated, he was back home before the end of the week. They were kind, compassionate and caring and I really appreciated their care and attention they provided to me and my cat during an extremely difficult time for me.
