We bought the monthly plan to get needed services. We went in and had a very terrible experience with the vets there. The service staff including the vet tech were wonderful but both female vets definitely need to learn some people skills. They are both hardened, rude and have no clue on how to speak with their clients. We took the plan because we really like Dr. Ormond. Now he is only doing mobile so we were forced to go in and suffered at the hands of a female vet there. I won't mention the name but the one we dealt with was there on 6/21. After our dog's final appointment in a couple of weeks we are canceling our plan and going to a different vet clinic.

So happy to have found this place. The mobile service is a great option for us and have been so happy with the mobile service. We have a couple of dogs that are so hard to get down to the office and the mobile service has been awesome and Dr. Ormond is so nice and accommodating. We have a couple of other dogs that we take into the office and the staff and others are so friendly and understanding. Thank you so much and will be patients for life and highly recommend to anyone. Again, so grateful for the mobile service.

We started care for our three dogs and have brought them to both the Springs and Linder locations starting this year and I can't say enough good things about their team. Kathryn has been there every appointment to check our fur babies in and is so warm and patient with my loud and energetic pup. Carlie our tech and our vet Dr. Andersen are so good with all of them. We have one large dog who is wary in new places and with new people and she warmed up and showed trust in this team right off the bat. We have a chihuahua mix that embodies all the sass that they are known for and they are patient and gentle with him when he gets nervous or scared. I highly recommend them. We have received warm and highly professional care from them.

Linder Pet Medical is the best veterinary clinic I've been to! Their annual subscription is unbeatable and the techs are amazing. They treat your pets with so much care and attention, making them feel right at home. I was particularly impressed with their spay and neuter services - the team did an incredible job. I will definitely continue to bring my dogs here!
