Dr. Gerstner is my 2 siamese sisters vet and has been for a few years. She's very caring, willing to fight for and find a solution to get my girls feeling better when they're sick. 14 & 13 years old girls, one whom has been sick for some time and she's been great with her. Absolutely feel comfortable, confident and love her. The staff is all great, quick, prompt, caring and compassionate as well. Never had a bad experience here and will continue to bring my pets here.

Chris Oates was our family vet. She is retired now as far as I am aware. She is a wonderful woman with a kind heart and a gentle touch. I'm not sure if she still takes house calls, but if so, I recommend her above all others.

Practical, experienced staff, providing the type of vet care you want. If emergency or urgent care is all you want, that is given positively and well, without judgement. If you want closely followed preventative care, you get that. They keep prices low and service excellent.

I love Dr. Oates! She's very kind and compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to help our animals.

Been going there since I came to Pocatello 17 yrs ago. They've always taken excellent care of my animals! Dr Oats took care of my animals for 16 if those yrs. Very qualified wonderful staff.
