I took three kittens in for their first shots. Dr. Burt was fantastic. He spent the time answering all my questions. And overall it was a really good experience. The place is not fancy but the people are kind!

Dr Burt has been my vet and my friend for many years. I have always be honest, informative, caring truly professionaĺ. This has been a tragic year for my animals and Dr Burt has done his best for all of them.

Very caring and good with my dogs. Will continue to use dr Burt even though I live on south side of bonner county. This clinic is worth the trip.

Very disappointed in this clinic. I had a very sick pup and made a phone call. 24 hours later. I still did not get a return call I called again. Called again and left another message. 3rd day, called again! So I am taking my pup to another vet and I finally get a return call to tell me that the doctor is on vacation. That was the last time. Thought I would try one more time with my other dog. I called yesterday morning shortly after 9 AM and it is now 2:42 PM the following day still no return call. Not a great way to keep clients! That’s really o bad as I really like the Dr. Not the cleanest clinic either! All calls were within business hours. With even calling right back after leaving a message!

Thank you for being such a caring and wonderful person you were there for us when our cat was sick we will only take our pets to Dr Burt’s best veterinary hospital
