Took my dog in for a groom, and ended up with a poor, mis-shaven, sore dog that's barely herself after sitting five hours in a kennel and getting shots we weren't told she would get all at once. How in the world is that okay? How do you know the dog won't have a reaction? It's happened to us before with the same vet at the same office, only a different dog. Not only that but the "grooming" was hardly that. My dog looks like she went through a chop shop and acts like it, too. Absolutely ridiculous. Awful communication about when she'd be finished as well. This isn't the place to go, use Pipestone or literally anyone else. This place needs to find some new front desk and intake people who care, and actually know what they're doing.

I changed vets because this place was not good at all. Every time I called they acted like I was a bother, and they were annoyed with me and my questions. They didn’t explain anything to us, and they missed the issue with my cat which if I hadn’t taken him to another vet he would have died. I was very disappointed with him the service here. I would not bring your animals here.
