Dr. Jack is a very caring and thorough vet. His front desk ladies are always very pleasant. I adore everyone there. And my Prince Oliver Wendal Douglas behaves for him. That says a lot :)

Very nice on the phone and in person. They provided me with the vaccine and wormer to get my puppy on a healthy start to her life. This was after several other clinics had refused to dispense these items to me without seeing the puppy first. I was travelling past Missouri Valley after just picking the puppy up from the breeder in South Dakota and did not have an appointment with my regular vet yet. This saved me money and I was able to get the distemper/parvo shot into the puppy immediately rather than having to wait while I made an appointment with my regular vet. I appreciate that they were willing to help me with this. Although I dont live near this clinic, I wanted to put a review up letting others know that these are decent people who have not just the puppies well being on their mind, but the owner's as well. This is something many vets lack.

We thank the Doc and staff for their care of our dog. He went in for surgery and had difficulty with recovering from anesthesia. The Doc and staff displayed such care for Buddy and communicated to us every step of the way. Thank you all for a professional and caring place to get Veterinary care for our Buddy. We will always use this Clinic. Thank you.
