This is probably the most unprofessional vet I have been too in several years. They do dog boarding which is awesome but when you come to pick them up at the discussed and agreed upon time they suddenly have to call everyone on their work roster to see who needs to come in and help us. Sadly I’m not the only person who was told a hit time that is here waiting. It’s crazy how one person, being lazy and irresponsible, can cause a business to lose customers. Sorry not sorry.

I can honestly say I've never been happier leaving my dog in the care of Country Village Animal Clinic. The staff is so caring and kind. I'd call ot the gem of animal care/treatment in Iowa. 1000 out of 1000.

Bear and Max will miss all of the kind & friendly employees! But they love the beach at our new home! Thank you for taking such good care of Me and my Dogs for the last 10 years!
