Caring, experienced, kind, amazing staff! They have gone above & beyond for my three pets for the last 10 years or so. I would have lost two out of three already had it not been for the attentive, proactive, thoughtful, thorough care of Dr. Hall. I appreciate her SO much!

When I got my 5 week old kittens (whose Mom was hit by a car & they were found on the highway), Dr. Annette Hall stayed open so that I could get there to buy kitten formula & a bottle to bottle-feed them. She's been my vet for 14 years & I really appreciate her care.

Annette Hall is the best bet on Big island Hawaii. Anne and staff are the most caring, thorough, and honest. She has saved and stitched up couple of mine and George's dogs, Luna and Kayla. I just made an appointment for one of my cats. VERY hard to get appt anywhere on island of worth.

Front desk that answers the phones are rude and unprofessional. If you don't care, don't work in a field that involves interaction with living people and things. Tried to get an emergency appointment, she cut me off before I could even finish my sentence and stated "if they aren't our patient already, we won't see them for a visit," I responded with oh okay, even in an emergency, in which she stated "yes" and hung up. Terrible customer service. I understand your policy, what I didn't appreciate was the way it was executed. If they are that rude, I couldn't imagine how poorly they treat animals that aren't behaving they way they want. Always something to consider. You don't have to like people to work in animal care, but you do have to be professional, cuz most animals that will come in are brought by, people.

They were very nice all I needed was to weigh my two dogs and they took them right in and weighed them no problem. So from a customer service point five stars
