Words cannot express how thankful I am that I found Sweet Dreams. My husband and I had the difficult decision to make to put our 15 year old Jack Russell, Abby, down. The decision as anyone knows is heartbreaking and the pain is unbearable. From the moment I called Sweet Dreams and spoke to several people over the course of a week, I felt so much compassion and empathy from them. Dr. Quinlan and Paige came to our home and I suddenly felt like I was making the right decision. They sat in the floor with us and we were able to tell them about Abby and share some memories. They never pressured us to move forward with anything until we were ready. I felt they were very personable and caring. They listened to my concerns and eased my mind. They respected our time afterwards to spend with Abby to say our final goodbyes. Dr. Quinlan and Paige went above and beyond. They took the time to bring me Abby's urn with her ashes a week later. I cannot express the level of gratitude that we felt. I would recommend Sweet Dreams to anyone struggling with this difficult decision. Thank you again for everything.

We had to say goodbye to our Reese after a valiant battle with cancer, Sweet Dreams made this impossibly difficult time much easier. The empathy in their voices when you make that most difficult call to set up the appointment, and the understanding staff that walk you through the entire process. I was a complete emotional wreck when Dr. Reily and Leann arrived at the house. Their demeanor upon arrival was instantly comforting. They walked us through everything, and even had the foresight to handle the payment of services (worth every penny by the way) beforehand, so we could properly start to grieve without interruption. When the time came to say our goodbyes, they ensured that Reese was completely comfortable and calmly walked us through every moment. We all know this day will come for our beloved babies, and let me tell you - if you have the option to engage with Sweet Dreams, you will not regret it. I cannot say enough amazing things about them for making such a terrible day a little less terrible. Thank you!

The nurse and the vet that came to house house were emphatic, extremely professional, and gave us just the right space we needed in this stressful situation. Anyone who ever had a dog that was a part of the family knows this is never easy, but sweet dreams made it smoother, so our beloved pup did not have to suffer anymore. The reading/writing material that was provided for the kids helped them co-op with the situation. Thank you for finding the time to come to us on a last-minute call and allowing our beloved pup to sail into the sunset from her own bed. We really appreciate you for it. Sweet Dreams has such a kind and professional staff. The technician and the vet who came to our home to help us say goodbye to our sweet Lexi were so gentle and were calm and respectful the whole time. Lexi had a long and happy life, and saying goodbye was so hard but they made it as easy, gentle, and peaceful as it could possibly be.
