I have had to bring two of my cats here for care. One cat required 24 hour care after having surgery. I picked him up each morning and dropped him off each night for 3 days. They were wonderful and caring during that time. Unfortunately, I had to come back today with my 18 year old cat due to symptoms of a nasty UTI that could not wait for our regular vet. The staff is always so friendly and the vets are very knowledgeable. I am also impressed at how quickly we were seen and treated. I have always had a positive experience here and feel their prices are extremely reasonable for emergency care. Hopefully I won't have to visit again anytime soon, but if an emergency happens, I will always bring my pets here.

We had to bring our dog, Molly, here after having a major surgery. She needed overnight pain management and monitoring so we came here. The staff was so kind and the doctor was wonderful. When i called to check on her, it was so awesome to have the girl who answered the phone be able to immediately tell me everything about how she was doing and all the details because she had just tended to her! That meant so much to us, knowing our girl was being taken care of. It’s scary to leave your baby somewhere when you’ve never met the folks, but they made us feel so comfortable right away. I hope to never need overnight or ER care again, but this is absolutely a place i would come back if I needed to. Thank you guys so much for taking care of our Molly girl in her time of need last night!

They have directly saved the lives of at least 4 separate cats for me over the past 10 years. While staffing has changed over time and bedside manner varies from doctor to doctor, they have always stayed committed to doing the best they can to ensure the highest odds of success for everyone they've seen. So thankful they are located where they are, the next closest late night vet is so far away the proximity alone has likely saved many lives.

On Sunday our beloved cat Sophia was having labored breathing so I took her to Roswell Emergency Vet (Mansell) you can read below regarding my experience there. It was emotionally traumatizing for Sophia, my daughter and me. I took our dear sweet cat to Animal Emergency in Roswell. It’s was a complete disaster! The vet was nice, kind, empathetic but their way of doing things there is not for me! They took Sophia to the back (without me, RED FLAG) to look her over. They tried multiple times to put in a catheter😡 (I didn’t authorize) Shaved both of her legs (I didn’t authorize) I never said they could do anything to her at this point. I thought they were just assessing her. I said to the front desk intake person that I want to know what the vet thinks. Anyway long story short they kept trying with the catheter. I heard Sophia scream out a few times in pain then I went to find someone and said tell them to stop. (They had me in an EMPTY exam room and I’m hearing all of this going on in the back) I said tell the vet I want to speak with her. Tell them to stop! I want to take Sophia home! The vet came, I took Sophia home and she ultimately passed at home. I regret going! My heart hurts for the extra pain I subjected her to by taking her there. The vet made a recommendation to give her TORBUGESIC so I said ok but I wish I said no to that too. I’ve called twice and left an email requesting to speak with someone regarding my experience. NO ONE has contacted me or offered condolences for the loss of our beloved Sophia. We are all heartbroken 💔

We were sent here from another emergency clinic with labs for our dog emailed over. We were greeted almost immediately and told we would be seen shortly. 1.5 hrs later we were finally told that we would be seen soon. We left and will be taken our dog to another location. The least they could have done would have been to communicate with us that they were running behind or an estimated wait time. Will not recommend this location to anyone.
