I am so impressed with this vet and her staff. I took my 15 yr old Terrier to them right after they opened. Unfortunately Rosie was very old and needed a lot of meds and attention to make sure she could enjoy the time she had left. The vet and her staff went above and beyond to help. They were patient with me when I called. Once I accidentally called and they were closed. The next morning they called me to make sure nothing was wrong. This week Rosie took a turn for the worse. I had to make the painful decision to end her suffering. The kindness and compassion from these wonderful people made it so much easier to deal with. If you are looking for a kind caring vet I highly recommend them. I especially want to thank Rita for her patience and help.

A BIG THANK YOU TO THE STAFF OF EAST JACKSON VET HOSPITAL !! We took our newest edition Rex for his first check up and the staff and Doctor was exceptional !! I recommend everyone to contact them for your fur babies 😀

My 14-year old pup needed an x-ray and bloodwork as follow-up to her heart and liver issues. Dr Jones and her team made Sophie very comfortable, treated her like their own and explained everything to me clearly. Thank you!

Although parking can be an issue and appointments are a necessity, I find the vet and staff focused on care and treatment of my very senior cat. I'm not sure how long she will bless us here in this life, but every day with her is a joy.

We took our adopted 2 year old cat for a check up. They were great with the cat and did a thorough exam. We will continue using E Jackson Animal Hospital going forward. Its great to finally have a good vet in the Commerce area.
